How to insert an image in Gmail
Some of my clients love using the Google email platform (affectionately referred to as Gmail) for their organisations email needs. Google offer their email services for free to organisations with 50 people or less. You aren't bound by the gmail.com (or googlemail.com if you are in the UK) domain either as your own domain can simply piggyback off of Google's platform (contact me if you are curious about this).
As great as Gmail is, until recently there hasn't been a way to insert images into an email message. Now, thanks to Google Labs (the testing ground for new features that aren't included as standard), there is.
Here are the steps for inserting an image into a Gmail message:
1 Log into your account (painfully obvious and I'd hope you would know this anyway)
2 Browse to Settings in the top right corner of the main Gmail window.
3 From the list of settings, select Labs.

4 Browse down the page until you find Inserting images and click Enable
5 At the very bottom left corner of the page click Save Changes
6 Now, to insert an image into a message simply click the Insert Image icon that will now be available in the message composer.
